Release Day!
Hey friends,
This is a great day for me, and I’m thrilled to be able to share it with you. Thanks to all of you who have stuck around all these years. Today, we are releasing my new project, bluebird. It is a collection of six songs that I love, and I hope you love them as well.
Well, it is election day in the USA. And I love my country, but I’m ready from a break from stump speeches and political analysis. If you too need a distraction from all the political hoopla, check out the new record!
With the release of this EP, and more new recordings expected next year, I will tour more than in recent years. So be on the lookout for dates in your town, and drop us a note if you are interested in putting on a concert, or even if you just want to share which song is your favorite on bluebird. I’m so thankful for your interest and your support of my music, and I look forward to seeing you out on the road!
Peace to you, and don’t forget to vote!

Randall, I’ll keep an eye on your tour schedule and if you wind up in the Houston area, I’d love to host a house concert if you’re interested in that sorta thing. We LOVED it when Andy G came over and played. Everyone had a fantastic time.
I’ll also see if I can wrangle our worship director into bringing you to Sugar Land for a regular concert.
Best of luck to you and your new songs. I’ve got ‘em, and I love ‘em already after the first pass!
Randall, I like it. Nice mix, nice complimentary production, great songs.
Wish I could see you (and yours) soon, but I’ll have to wait until at least next summer when I should be getting home. In my fifteen months here, we’ve had maybe three semi-major USO tours and a few smaller acts swing through, and some other events that have helped people have a good time..
I can’t believe your baby is 7. Of course, so is my niece (and about to turn eight), but I guess I’d forgotten they were the same age. I can only picture her at two-ish, so of course your description seems a little different in my mind’s eye.
Please tell Amy hello, and when I do get back it’ll probably either be to Jacksonville or Boston (for school either way), so hopefully I can catch you sometime next year. Have a great release day!
I love the new stuff.
I’ll be looking forward to the tour dates as well. Let me know if you need a couch to borrow between towns. My couch is your couch.
See you 11/16. Can’t wait for it.
Randall, you’re the man. Come to Grand Rapids!
